Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups of dried Hibiscus/Jamaica (they are the same thing) flower
- 2 quarts of water
- 2 additional quarts of water
- 1/2 – 1 cup of sugar substitute to taste)
Instructions
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil and turn off the heat. Add the Hibiscus flowers immediately and steep, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Strain into a container and discard the boiled flowers. Cool down. This is your concentrate. Refrigerate until you’re ready to use it.
- In a large glass/plastic beverage dispenser pour the concentrate, add the 2 additional quarts of water and sweeten to taste. Add ice cubes.
