small, peeled, cooked shrimp

cored, chopped, large tomato

onion, finely chopped
1 or 2
pickled, seeded, chopped jalapeƱos, plus some of the can pickling juice

sliced green olives
1/4

finely chopped cilantro
1/2
cup
extra-virgin olive oil

cup
ketchup (add more to taste)

orange flavored soda
1/4
cup
Mexican lemon juice (lime juice)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Thaw shrimp. Once thawed mix it with tomatoes, onions, jalapeƱo, olives and cilantro.
Stir in liquid ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
