1 - 2tbspadobo sauce from canned chipotles
2clovesgarlic
1/4wedgeonion
1cubeshrimp or chicken bouillon
freshly ground pepper
Instructions
In a large skillet warm up the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sautee until tender. Add the shrimp and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until it has changed color and is opaque and thoroughly cooked.
Make the Creamy Chipotle Sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
Pour the sauce into the skillet, toss the shrimp in it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Enjoy in tacos, or with rice.
Notes
If your sauce turned out thin, you can dissolve 2 tbsp of corn starch in cold water and milk, add this to the sauce and stir often and cook until the sauce thickens.
