Pecan Dip Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice divided, two tbsp and two tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 3/4 cups pecan chopped
  • 3 avocados halved, pit removed

Instructions
 

  • Place cheese, cream and 2 tbsp lemon juice in a mixer bowl. Mix on "High" until creamy. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the chopped pecans and mix on "Low" until all the ingredients have integrated. Let dip rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • When you are ready to serve, halve the avocados, remove the pits, cover with remaining lemon juice, lightly salt and pepper them and stuff with the pecan dip. Garnish with pecan halves, fresh basil or cilantro leaves.
