Creamy Tuna Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz., softened
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 2 cans tuna 5 oz each, drained
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sliced scallions optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 avocados halved, pit removed

Instructions
 

  • By hand or using a mixer, combine cream cheese, lemon juice and Worcester sauce until fully soft.
  • Using a fork add the drained tuna, the chopped cilantro and salt and pepper to the cheese mix and combine well.
  • When you are ready to serve, halve the avocados, remove the pits, lightly salt and pepper each half and fill with the creamy tuna mix.
