cream cheese
8 oz., softened

lemon juice

tbsp
Worcester sauce
2
cans
tuna
5 oz each, drained
2
tbsp
fresh cilantro
finely chopped

tbsp
sliced scallions
optional
salt and pepper to taste

avocados
halved, pit removed
Instructions
By hand or using a mixer, combine cream cheese, lemon juice and Worcester sauce until fully soft.
Using a fork add the drained tuna, the chopped cilantro and salt and pepper to the cheese mix and combine well.
When you are ready to serve, halve the avocados, remove the pits, lightly salt and pepper each half and fill with the creamy tuna mix.
