Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 3 units avocados
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro rinsed and chopped
  • 3/4 cup light mayo
  • 1-12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions
 

  • In the blender, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cold water and let it stand for one minute. Add the boiling water and process for 1 minute on high until all granules of gelatin have completely dissolved.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour into individual ramekins and chill in the fridge until set.
  • Serve chilled with your favorite saltines or crackers. You can also unmold the mousse and garnish if you desire.
